A. Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII)

We collect technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, screen size, language, time zone, network connection type, and usage patterns (e.g., how often the app is used, which features are used). This data helps us optimize the Apps for different devices and operating systems and understand how users interact with the Apps.
Analytics Data
We use analytics tools, including PostHog and Apple Analytics, to collect information about user interactions within the Apps (e.g., events, clicks, views, subscriptions). This data helps us understand user behavior and improve the overall user experience. PostHog data is not sent to third parties.
Performance Data
We collect data on app performance, including crash reports and error logs, to identify and fix issues and improve app stability.
B. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
We generally do not collect PII such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. However, there are limited exceptions:
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Your payment information is processed securely through the relevant app store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlement data. We do not have access to your complete payment details.
User Support
If you contact us for support, you may provide us with PII such as your email address so we can respond to your inquiry. We will only use this information to provide support.
2. Data Sharing
Advertising Platforms
We may share non-personally identifiable usage data, including device identifiers (IDFA/GAID), with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Apple Ads for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and re-engaging users. This data is anonymized and aggregated where possible.
Analytics Services
We may share non-personally identifiable analytics data with third-party analytics providers, such as Apple, for the purposes of app analytics and improvement. We use PostHog for product analytics, and PostHog does not send data to third parties.
Legal Compliance
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
Service Providers
We engage third-party service providers (like RevenueCat for subscription management) to assist us with certain functions. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it for the purposes we specify.
3. Data Retention and Your Rights
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. You can delete the Apps from your device at any time, which will remove any locally stored data.
